Service Risks

At Magnetic Aesthetics, we aim to provide safe, high-quality spa and aesthetic treatments. While our team follows strict protocols, all cosmetic and wellness services naturally carry certain risks. By choosing to receive services at Magnetic Aesthetics, clients acknowledge the following policies:

Aesthetic treatments may involve:
• Temporary discomfort, swelling, or bruising
• Risk of infection or adverse reactions
• Potential for unsatisfactory or unexpected results
• No guaranteed therapeutic or cosmetic outcome

Client Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to ask questions, disclose medical information honestly, and follow all pre- and post-care instructions to ensure the safest experience possible.

No-Refund Policy

All payments for services—including injectables, facials, and aesthetic treatments—are non-refundable.

Because results differ from one individual to another, dissatisfaction with the outcome does not qualify for a refund or complimentary additional product.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

To respect both our providers and other clients:

• No-shows or cancellations without 48-hour notice may result in a fee.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may lose their appointment or incur a $50 late fee.

Photo & Media Use Policy

Magnetic Aesthetics frequently uses photo and video content for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes across our digital platforms. This may include treatment demonstrations, before-and-after results, and behind-the-scenes content.

How We Use Media

Images and videos may be used on:
• Social media
• Website, advertising, and promotional content or email• Educational materials

Client Privacy

Client privacy is important to us.Only clients who provide permission during their appointment will be photographed, filmed, or featured in our content. No photos or videos of identifiable individuals will be used without explicit consent obtained at the time of service.

Ownership of Content

Any images or videos created by Magnetic Aesthetics remain the property of the business. We may edit, enhance, or repurpose this content for future use in any format.

Opt-Out Option

Clients who prefer not to be photographed or recorded simply need to inform their provider during check-in or before treatment begins.

Model Policies

Photo & Video Consent

I specifically consent to Magnetic Aesthetics capturing and using photos or videos of me before, during, and after my treatment(s) for:
• Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Website content
• Marketing, advertising, education, and promotional materials
• Printed or digital publications

Refunds/ Fixes

No refunds or fixes with discounted services or model rates. These will be at an additional cost in my clinic.

COURSE POLICIES

No Refunds / Non-Transferable

All masterclass payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
This includes:
• Registration fees, deposits, remaining balances, cancellations, or no-shows

Because seats are limited, cancellations for any reason do not qualify for a refund or credit.

Attendance Policy

• Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss essential training and may not receive extended instruction time.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations automatically forfeit all payments.

Certification

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of:
• Live model participation
• Demonstration of safe and appropriate technique

Certification does not guarantee licensing, employment, or legal clearance to perform medical or aesthetic procedures. Students are responsible for following all state and local regulations.
